Clutch of Contract Wins for Norson Power Totals more than £1.5M (April 2008)

Norson Power has won several contracts totalling almost £1.5 million. The providers of hydraulic engineering solutions, Norson has been awarded contracts to provide hydraulic systems for Technip’s Dive Support Vessel the Skandi Achiever and its pipelay vessel, the Apache, in addition to contracts for two other new build vessels.

Norson Power MBO (May 2007)

Aberdeen hydraulics business Norson Power has been acquired by its bosses for several million pounds.

The deal involving the senior management team of Gordon Telfer, Alan McLean, Andy Tully and Gerry Mullins is backed by Aberdeen Asset Managers, which has been a shareholder of the parent Norson Group since 1996.
